Charges

• Free delivery on orders of ₹499 or more.
• Orders below ₹499: ₹49 delivery charge.
• Cash on Delivery: ₹29 extra per order.

Timelines

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive within 3–6 working days. Remote pincodes can take longer. You receive tracking details by SMS once your order ships.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain outer box. The label lists the sender as SK Wellness Pvt. Ltd. and the contents as “Personal care item”. No product names appear on the box or in SMS updates.

Failed delivery

If a delivery fails three times or a Cash on Delivery order is refused, the order is returned to us and cancelled. Prepaid amounts are refunded minus the delivery charge.
